$25.00/ each 1,000 we get you in additional compensation.
Staffing- We can help you staff your sales force. You can have us conduct recruiting and training of new sales reps or find veterans. We customize each package but we generally charge 5% of your new reps first 25 sales and 1% of sales after that in addition to advertising and/or job fairs!
We have a unique training program where we can train up to 12 sales people in a 3 day class and you can either charge your new rep tuition and reimburse them after 90 days or 25 sales or you can pay us directly.
Crews- Are you in need of quality subcontract crews? They need to have insurance, all tools and experience we can verify. They also need to follow OSHA and e verify. We charge $25.00 per installation that they do for you. We bring you quality crews!
