- Has someone offered to pay, waive or rebate your dedcuctible.
- Did you sign a contract with someone and they can't be reached.
- Did you give a check to a sales rep and they're gone.
- Did a sales rep/inspector create damage? (which is fraud and vandalism)
- Did they do shoddy work?
- Did you get a lien notice from a supplier or subcontractor and you paid your roofer in full?
